Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns:
• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
• Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
Non-Refundable Items:
• Certain items are exempt from being returned, including items that have been personalized ie. ‘Any Text’ items.
• Sale items are also non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
