Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders Friday through Sunday will be shipped following business day.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery timeframes are:
o Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
o Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
o Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak seasons.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping:
• We currently do not ship outside of the United Sates of America.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
• Epik Custom Gifts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
